Privacy Policy

Pinnacle Strength and Performance ("we", "us") runs pinnaclestrengthandperformance.com. This policy explains what personal data the website collects, why, and how you can access, correct or delete it. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you book a consult through our contact form, we collect your first and last name, mobile number, email address (optional), preferred contact method, gender and training goals. We use this only to reply to you and arrange your consultation.
When you use ProteinScope, our barcode protein scanner, the barcode you scan or type is sent to our server, which looks the product up on Open Food Facts. Open Food Facts never sees your device or IP address. Your shortlist, age and weight stay in your own browser and are never sent to us.
When you ask ProteinScope to email your results, we keep your first name, email address, the products you scanned, the date you gave consent, and whether you agreed to receive our newsletter and hear about a free consult. We use this to send your results and, only if you ticked the optional box, to send you our newsletter and contact you about a free consult.
To stop misuse, the scanner keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for up to one hour to limit how many lookups one visitor can make. It cannot be used to identify you and is deleted automatically.
If you become a client. With your consent, we also collect your body measurements and assessment results, progress photographs and videos, activity and recovery data from a wearable tracker, and the results of any health checks you share with us. We use this to guide your training and show your progress.
When you join, we also ask for your consent to use your photographs, videos and results in our marketing. You can say no, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Clinical tests are carried out by clinics and laboratories in Singapore, which handle your data under their own privacy policies, and are interpreted only by clinics and doctors registered in Singapore. Data from your wearable tracker is also handled by the device provider under its own terms. Our routine monitoring is not medical advice.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites. Our hosting and caching providers may set technical cookies needed for the site to load quickly and securely.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run the website, such as our web host (Hostinger) and content delivery networks that load the site and the scanner. These providers may store data on servers outside Singapore, and we only use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and ProteinScope details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.
We keep client records until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to being contacted. For ProteinScope emails, reply "unsubscribe" to stop the newsletter, or "remove" to have your details deleted. We aim to respond within 30 days.
ProteinScope is meant for adults aged 18 and over.
